- Select the gear icon and tap settings.
Log-in to your Gmail account. Select your profile picture and go to the Manage Account section. Select the gear icon on the upper-right corner. A drop-down menu will appear under the option of Settings.
- Select the Filters and the option of Blocked Addresses.
Select the option of Filters and Blocked Address in the top menu.
- Tap Unblock.
Clicking the Filters and Blocked Address will take you to the page where you will find the blocked email addresses. Search the address that you want to unblock.
- Confirm the blocked address that you want to unblock.
Lastly, click on the “Unblock” button. It will unblock the email address, and you will start receiving messages from the specific email address.

- On the right corner, you will see three vertical slots.
- Click on those vertical slots. Do not choose the three vertical grooves on the upper-right corner. Both slots are different.
- From the drop-down menu, tap the “Block” option and select the sender’s email address that you want to block.
